Privacy Policy
At Neuralworkshk, accessible from our website, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Neuralworkshk and how we use it.
Log Files
Neuralworkshk follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, Neuralworkshk uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
Google DoubleClick DART Cookie
Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the internet. However, visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at the following URL – https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Third Party Privacy Policies
Neuralworkshk's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
Mobile Apps Privacy Policy
This section covers the iOS apps published by Neuralworks on the App Store, including 末世 EndDays (The End of the Days), AetherSum, AetherChef, AetherBalance, AetherBrew, AetherLink, AetherColor, AetherEcho, AetherMorse, AetherPet, AetherFocus, AetherVision, AetherTales, AetherBar, AetherLogic, AetherCircuit, SuperCalcPro, 3D Scan & Measure, LiDARVision, DriveLog, NovaLedger, SwiftConvert, GlowPal, PolymerPedia, LuminaPlant, AuraQR and Clayfold. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
Data stored on your device
Our apps keep your content and progress on the device itself, using Apple's standard storage (SwiftData / Core Data / files / UserDefaults). We do not run our own accounts or servers for this data, and no sign-in is required to use the apps. In 末世 EndDays this includes your journey save, camp, survivors, settings and legacy progress.
iCloud backup (末世 EndDays)
If iCloud sync is switched on in the game's settings, a compressed copy of your save and legacy record is stored in your own iCloud key-value storage so you can restore it on another device. It stays in your Apple account, is never sent to us, and you can turn the option off at any time in Settings inside the game.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
末世 EndDays and several other free apps show advertising supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect: device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier, IDFA), coarse location derived from your IP address, product interaction and advertising data, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information. This data is handled by Google under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Mediation partners may also be used; where they are, they are listed in our app-ads.txt.
末世 EndDays shows interstitial ads only at natural breaks in play, and rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. A one-time in-app purchase removes interstitial ads.
App Tracking Transparency and consent
Before any ad is requested, the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and, where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), Google's consent form. If you decline tracking, you still see ads, but they are non-personalised, and the game remains fully playable.
Purchases
In-app purchases, such as "Remove Ads" in 末世 EndDays, are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Purchases can be restored from inside the app with your Apple Account.
Crash and diagnostic reports
末世 EndDays uses Apple's MetricKit. If the game crashes or freezes, iOS gives the app a report on the next launch. These reports stay on your device, and are only shared with us if you choose to send them using the share option in the game's settings.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / PDPO)
Because app data is stored on your own device and Apple account, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app or clearing its data inside the app. For advertising data held by Google, you may use your device privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), reset your Advertising Identifier, or contact us and we will help you exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA) and Hong Kong (PDPO) may exercise these rights free of charge.

NeuroPet — app-specific privacy information
Updated: 20 September 2026. This section supplements our general privacy policy for NeuroPet.
Local game data
Pet records, household progress, inventory, diaries, archives and the pet's learning state are stored on your device. NeuroPet has no game account or game cloud synchronization. You can retire a pet while keeping household progress, or permanently delete all game records in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local game data, subject to any device backups managed by Apple.
Optional HealthKit access
If you enable Health Companion, NeuroPet reads your step count to calculate local in-game companionship rewards. It does not write health data. Health information is not used for advertising, sent to our servers or included in pet sharing codes. You can decline or revoke Health access and continue playing.
Optional location and weather
If you enable real weather, NeuroPet requests location access while using the app and rounds latitude and longitude to two decimal places before sending them to MET Norway to retrieve a local forecast. The service also receives your IP address and logs requests according to its terms and privacy information. The game converts weather data from MET Norway, licensed under CC BY 4.0, into simplified rain, sunlight and day/night effects. With real weather disabled, the game generates weather locally. You can disable this option in the game or revoke location permission in iOS Settings.
Sharing and camera
Pet sharing is initiated by you. A share code includes the pet's name, appearance, genetic settings, personality tags and compact learning state. It does not contain HealthKit data. Anyone with the code can import that pet as a visitor. Optional camera access scans another player's QR code; you can instead paste a code without using the camera.
Advertising and consent
NeuroPet uses Google AdMob. The advertising SDK may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, advertising and interaction data, and diagnostics as described in our general advertising policy and Google's policies. Before requesting ads, the app checks the applicable Google consent status and Apple's tracking permission. If tracking is declined, ad requests are marked non-personalised. Where required, Settings provides an entry point to update advertising privacy choices. Refusing permission does not block the base game. Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks after completed mini-games, subject to a cooldown. Rewarded ads are optional; closing an ad before earning the reward does not grant the reward.
Notifications and purchases
Optional reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable them in the app or iOS Settings. NeuroPet 1.0 does not offer in-app purchases.
Contact and deletion requests
For questions, use the contact details in the general policy or our support page. We do not hold a server copy of your local game or health records. Advertising data held by Google is subject to Google's data controls and the rights described in our general policy.
Clayfold — app-specific privacy information
Updated: 14 October 2026. This section supplements our general privacy policy for Clayfold.
Data stored on your device
Clayfold keeps your sculpting projects, reference images, custom alpha brushes and project thumbnails in the app's own storage on your device. Clayfold has no account, no sign-in and no server copy of your projects. Deleting the app removes this data, subject to any device backups managed by Apple.
Network requests
Clayfold checks for a newer version at most once a day. It asks Apple's App Store lookup service for the current version, and it reads a small public file on this website that can set a minimum supported version. These requests contain no project content. As with any internet request, the servers involved can see your IP address.
Purchases
The optional Pro unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. You can restore a purchase from inside the app with your Apple Account.
Sharing and export
Files leave the app only when you choose to share or export them, for example a project, a model, a screenshot, an AR preview or a turntable video.
Permissions, advertising and tracking
Clayfold does not ask for camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts or health access. It uses the system file picker only for files you choose to import. Clayfold contains no advertising SDK, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Contact and deletion requests
For questions, use the contact details in the general policy or our support page.
