All subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, choose the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current term remains active until it expires.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select Request a Refund.
Inside any of our apps, open Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All our apps store data entirely on your device using Apple's SwiftData / Core Data. We do not operate servers that collect your personal content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Open the in-game menu → 補給與支援 (Supplies & Support) → 移除廣告 (Remove Ads). It is a one-time purchase. On a new device, use "恢復購買" (Restore Purchases) on the same page with the same Apple Account.
Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on the old device, then on the new device choose 從 iCloud 還原 (Restore from iCloud) in the title menu. Your current journey on the new device is kept in the backup slots first.
Because data is stored locally, deleting the app from your device removes all associated data. To clear data while keeping the app, use the in-app settings or reinstall.
