適用範圍
本政策適用於 Neuralworks 的 iOS 遊戲《末世 EndDays》（The End of the Days），以及遊戲的版本公告和支援網頁。其他 App 請參閱各自的政策。本遊戲毋須開設 Neuralworks 帳戶，主要玩法可以離線進行。
遊戲存檔、iCloud 與 Game Center
遊戲進度、角色、營地、設定及同伴記錄儲存在你的裝置。啟用 iCloud 同步後，存檔副本會傳送到你 Apple 帳戶的 iCloud 空間。Neuralworks 沒有提供獨立的玩家存檔伺服器。啟用 Game Center 時，Apple 會處理玩家身份、成就和排行榜分數；排行榜資料可能按 Apple 的設定向其他玩家顯示。你可以在遊戲設定及 Apple 系統設定管理相關功能。
廣告與私隱選擇
遊戲整合 Google AdMob 及 Google User Messaging Platform。廣告服務可能處理裝置識別碼、IP 位址推算的概略位置、廣告互動、產品互動、效能、當機及診斷資料，用於提供及衡量廣告、分析、防止濫用與管理同意。廣告資料由 Google 及適用的廣告合作夥伴按其政策處理。
適用地區會顯示同意訊息。當供應商要求提供管理入口時，可在遊戲「設定 → 私隱與廣告選擇 → 管理廣告私隱選擇」更改選擇。跨 App 追蹤受 Apple 的 App Tracking Transparency 許可控制，可在 iOS「設定 → 私隱與保安 → 追蹤」管理。未獲追蹤許可時，遊戲不要求個人化廣告；非個人化或有限廣告仍可能為基本投放、頻率控制及防作弊處理資料。離線不影響主要遊玩功能，但廣告獎勵可能無法提供。
插頁廣告只在自然停頓時出現；獎勵廣告由玩家選擇。購買「移除廣告」後不再顯示插頁廣告，對應獎勵按遊戲規則直接領取。
購買、診斷及網絡請求
內購由 Apple StoreKit 處理；我們不接收你的信用卡資料。遊戲使用 Apple 提供的購買交易資料確認及恢復權益。MetricKit 診斷報告保留於裝置，只有你主動分享支援資料時才會傳給接收者。
版本檢查及開啟網站會連線至我們的網站、Cloudflare 或 Apple。網站基礎設施可處理 IP 位址、請求時間、路徑、裝置／瀏覽器資訊及安全日誌，以提供服務、偵測濫用及維護網站。網站供應商亦可能提供彙總流量統計。版本檢查不需要上傳你的遊戲存檔。聯絡支援時，我們會收到你自願提供的電郵、問題及附件。
保存、刪除與你的選擇
本機存檔可透過遊戲內刪除存檔或移除 App 清除；移除 App 不一定同時刪除 iCloud 副本，請另在 Apple 的 iCloud 設定管理。Game Center 資料按 Apple 提供的管理方式處理。支援往來及服務日誌僅在處理支援、安全、法律義務所需期間保留；Apple 與 Google 的資料保存按各自政策。你可聯絡我們提出查閱、更正或刪除由我們持有的個人資料的要求。視乎所在地法律，你亦可能有撤回同意、反對處理或向主管機關申訴的權利。
其他資料
本遊戲包含喪屍戰鬥及恐怖題材，不以兒童為目標。第三方服務可能在你所在地以外處理資料。我們採取合理措施保護資料，但任何網絡服務均無法保證絕對安全。本政策有重大變動時會更新本頁日期，並在適用時另作通知。

Scope
This policy covers Neuralworks' iOS game EndDays (The End of the Days) and its update and support pages. Other apps have their own policies. No Neuralworks account is required, and core gameplay works offline.
Saves, iCloud and Game Center
Progress, characters, camps, settings and companion records are stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync sends a save copy to your Apple account's iCloud storage; we do not operate a separate player-save server. When enabled, Game Center processes player identity, achievements and leaderboard scores through Apple. Leaderboard information may be visible to other players according to Apple's settings. Manage these features in the game and Apple system settings.
Advertising and consent
The game integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Advertising services may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP addresses, advertising and product interactions, performance, crash and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, analyse service performance, prevent abuse and manage consent. Google and applicable advertising partners process these data under their policies.
Consent messages appear where applicable. When the provider requires a privacy-options entry point, revisit it in Settings → Privacy and advertising choices → Manage advertising privacy choices. Cross-app tracking is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, managed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Without tracking permission the game requests non-personalised advertising; non-personalised or limited ads may still process data for basic delivery, frequency control and fraud prevention. Core play remains available offline, although ad rewards may be unavailable.
Interstitials appear at natural breaks; rewarded ads are optional. The Remove Ads purchase removes interstitials and grants the corresponding rewards directly, subject to game rules.
Purchases, diagnostics and network requests
Apple StoreKit processes purchases. We do not receive payment-card details. The game uses Apple transaction information to validate and restore entitlements. MetricKit diagnostic reports remain on-device unless you choose to share support information.
Update checks and website visits connect to our website, Cloudflare or Apple. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times and paths, device/browser information and security logs to deliver services, prevent abuse and maintain the website. Website providers may also supply aggregate traffic statistics. Update checks do not require uploading your game save. If you contact support, we receive the email, message and attachments you choose to send.
Retention, deletion and choices
Delete local saves through the game or remove the app. Removing the app may not delete iCloud copies; manage those separately in Apple's iCloud settings. Manage Game Center data through Apple's available controls. We retain support correspondence and service logs only as needed for support, security and legal obligations. Apple and Google apply their own retention policies. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to withdraw consent, object to processing or complain to a regulator.
Additional information
The game includes zombie combat and horror themes and is not directed at children. Third-party services may process information outside your jurisdiction. We take reasonable protective measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Material changes will update this page's date and, where appropriate, be separately notified.
